Roland Gahler has been leading Natural Factors for the past few decades, adding modern technological improvements and investing in scientific research, that contributes to greater reliability and effectiveness of Natural Factors products. Natural Factors goal is to deliver products which marry the wisdom of ancient herbal physicians and the science of exciting, new clinical research to maximize the health of all our customers.

Natural Factors has always had a reputation for quality, but maintaining that reputation requires a great deal of diligence, testing and investment in quality control. Natural Factors complies with Good Manufacturing Practices, (GMP) which are stringent guidelines for manufacturing of supplements and pharmaceutical products. Even the finest organic ingredients are thoroughly tested to ensure they meet Natural Factor’s exacting standards.

At Factors Farms, in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia we control the quality of Natural Factors herbal products by organically growing them and by controlling every step of the farming, harvesting, extraction and packaging.

Employing hundreds of people and growing every day, Natural Factors’ head office and state-of-the-art production facilities are located in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada.
Natural Factors USA serves American customers from their Sales & Distribution Center in Everett, Washington. Other Natural Factors facilities include an Eastern Canada office and extensive farms in the Okanagan region of British Columbia, where we also have production facilities and a liquid extraction plant.
